The SouthEast Whiskey Fest returns February 25-27, 2027, celebrating top whiskeys from around the island. It continues to showcase distilleries that make mature whiskey on-site.

For 2027, the festival is coming to Waterford for the first time, alongside our home in Wexford. Things kick off on Thursday night with the Opening Dinner at Green Acres, featuring a Redbreast tasting, followed by two days of masterclasses.

The masterclasses continue to focus on distilleries, with bonders and bottlers also joining the line up.
